দায়িত্বঃ
- প্রতিদিন অফিসে সময়মত উপস্থিত হতে হবে।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডকুমেন্ট অন্য অফিসে নিয়ে যেতে হবে (ট্রাভেলস বিজনেস বিষয়ক)।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বাহিরের কাজ করতে হবে।
- অফিসের কর্মকর্তাদের এবং ভিজিটরদের চা, কফি ও নাস্তার ব্যবস্থা করা
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পার্সেল গ্রহন করা ও কুরিয়ার করতে হবে।
- অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ে প্রয়োজন ছাড়া মোবাইল ফোন ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
- অফিস ত্যাগের পূর্বে অফিস পরিষ্কার করা এবং অফিসের সমস্ত লাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি বন্ধ করে যেতে হবে।
অভিজ্ঞতাঃফ্রেশারদের আবেদন করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।
